"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye".

I have been practicing meditation since early 2003. I learned whilst working as an actor in Melbourne, Australia. I had spent several years training and acting in both London and Australia. I had also trained for years in several martial arts disciplines, tried other forms of meditation and underwent  3 years of regular sessions with a therapist/counselor. They were all effective in gaining a certain amount of awareness and ease, of correcting the intellect and self-empowerment, but none of these practices ever came close to eliminating the anxiety and stress I felt in my personal life and in my professional life as an actor.
I had spent many years searching for a technique that would help me to release accumulated stress and thus improve my confidence, creativity, energy and the joy of life. I wanted to find a real inner strength, courage, happiness and an adaptability that was permanently there within me whatever the demand or change of expectation I was facing. And so I began meditating, the Vedic way.
Within a couple of months of meditating I found that all my anxiety was gone and I started to experience all the many benefits this practice brings to ones life. Soon my foremost desire was to become a Vedic Meditation Teacher myself and bring this awe-inspiring technique to others, both as a meditation teacher and as an actor. I qualified as a meditation teacher in mid-2007 after studying in both India and Arizona, U.SA. with master teacher Thom Knoles, one of the most acclaimed teachers of this technique in the world today.
I am now an independent teacher of the Vedic Meditation Technique and I dedicate myself to working with people to maximize performance, boost creativity and achieve success, calmness and happiness in all areas of their personal and professional lives. It is an absolute honour and a privilege to do so.
